Youth Choir
Youth choir is meeting @ 4:30 until 5:30 every Sunday. There is no middle school choir. Everyone from grades 6-12 are welcome to sing with us. Even if you don't think you can sing, come and be a part of a great time. Ms. Mayhall "May", choir director at Hoover High School, directs us, and Mary Rebbecca Trucks "Trucks" leads us on the piano. 

 
 

After Youth Choir on Sunday nights, we have a free snack supper in the fellowship hall. The awesome Joe Wheless prepares it for us. Snack Supper lasts from 5:30 until 6:15. Immediatley following the snack supper we meet in the youth hall and get ready to split up into our small groups. Or Sunday Night Small Groups, which meet from 6:15 to 7:15, are designed to give each student a perfect fit into the Youth Group. Many times we get lost in the hustle and bustle of everything going on around us. Small groups provide a place where we can seek accountability and a place where we can feel free to talk.

Moses saw God in the burning bush and God told him that he was on Holy Ground. On Wednesday nights we will meet with God like Moses did on Holy Ground here at Bluff Park UMC. Holy Ground is a time we take in the middle of the week to refresh our hearts for God and worship Him with our peers. The typical service will involve announcements, a game, worship, and a short message. Each message will focus on a different aspect of our Christ and how He is relevant in our lives today. The service will begin at 6:30 and end at 7:30, but feel free to come at 5:30 and hangout. From 5:30 to 6:30 we will be playing Ping-Pong, Wiffle Ball, Ultimate Frisbee, and many more. Holy Ground will be focused on 6th -12th graders, but we welcome adults too. Come join us for Holy Ground and see what it is like to truly worship our loving God.
