Thanks, in part, to the contributors and customers of BOTB, Bluff Park United Methodist Church is undergoing some additions & renovations, AND will soon be installing new playgrounds. Unfortunately, the City of Hoover has also recently started some construction on the roads surrounding the church. What this means is that the roads around the church are a bit of a mess. Thankfully, there are some easy routes to get you to the Sale. They are below. If you are not familiar with the area we would advise bringing these directions with you. They will help you avoid a possibly frustrating experience.  Should you need further assistance, please call the church office at 822-0910.

FOR THOSE COMING TO THE CHURCH FROM THE I-65 ALFORD AVENUE EXIT:
Coming from I-65, take the Alford Avenue exit (a right turn from I-65 south and a left turn from I-65 north) Pass the BP Gas Station. As you approach the end of Alford Ave, you will see an orange “Valley Street” detour sign on your right. Follow this detour onto Shady brook Lane . Stay on Shady brook until it ends, and turn left onto Shades Crest Rd. When you come to the traffic light, fork right and continue under the light. After a short distance you will see a brown sign directing you to turn left onto Princess Street. Follow Princess until it ends and turn left onto Valley Street. Pass through the barricades and turn right to enter the church parking lot.

FOR THOSE COMING TO THE CHURCH FROM THE HWY 150/ SOUTH SHADES CREST / CHAPEL ROAD / OR SULPHUR SPRINGS AREA. 
The road construction should not affect you. Come up Shades Crest Road until you reach the traffic light at Park Avenue. Turn right onto Park Ave. Take your first left onto Valley Street. As you near the church you will pass through a set of barricades and turn right to enter the church parking lot. 

FOR THOSE COMING TO THE CHURCH FROM THE MONTGOMERY HWY/ TYLER ROAD AREA.
Follow Tyler road past Shades Mountain Independent Church/School, and continue until you come to a traffic light (CVS will be on your right). Pass straight through this intersection and continue past Shades Mountain Plaza (the road name changes to Clearview). You will pass several houses and will come to a "stop" sign. At this "stop" sign, turn right onto Mountain Drive. Take your first right onto Bluff Park Road . This road will lead you behind the church into the main parking lot.
